You can go and try Localbitcoin, they accept Btc in exchange to USD. That's the best way to do it, but accept the fact that the price maybe lower than what you expect. Remember always be careful because there are still scammers out there so better research first before you do the transaction if you don't want to lose your btc.

I second Localbitcoins. Look for buyers that also send the money straight to your bank account. There are also person to person trades which can be quite an experience lol. But with texting and internet messaging it can be a good way to do trades.

I wouldn't go through Western Union if I were you though because they charge very high commissions. On localbitcoins you can even get cash in some countries so that might be the best option. Some exchanges can send wire transfers (Bitstamp is one of them). Or there might be a local exchange that can help you.

Haven't done any transactions through western union, but have seen more traders on trading exchange accepting western union transfer. Making trade with those people will let you get the money through western union. I found those people has got a high profit margin than that of the common market.
