Bitcoin ETF Coming ‘Sooner Rather Than Later,’ Says Bitwise

While the price of Bitcoin continues its downtrend, it’s safe to assume that institutional investors are waiting for the holy grail of all catalysts: a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund. According to one expert, you can see the prized ETF on the horizon — if you squint hard enough and get out your binoculars.

My initial though on Bitcoin Options was that, It would stabilise the prices, but now I can clearly see that it is been used to manipulate prices before settlement day. Recent example: BTC option maturity was on 10 June 2018. You know what happened.

I don’t know exactly what ETFs would do, One thing is sure, it will increase liquidity due to money coming in from institutional investors. But It has to grow to the level where price manipulation becomes impossible.

Let’s see where it goes. I am bullish on Bitcoin.

Can you please suggest me good material in C++ for Blockchain?

BTC ETF is anticipated and is the thing that is needed to inject funds in to BTC market.

For me the surprising thing is that it will most likely be big very big ETF- as I understand one contract will be more than  10 BTCs. This means that it wont be the financial tool for regular investor.

Don’t you thing 10 BTC is too much for regular investors. I am afraid that it could take away BTC from what it used to be, for the people for transaction across the borders. I don’t want to see another tool for price manipulation.
