But jokes aside, I agree that caution should be applied whenever something sounds to good. The problem is that some of those sites offer very regular services, and still may try to scam you. I suggest to always start with low amounts and only when something gets tested and proved legit not once, not twice, but many many times over, only then increase the amount.

The lack of articles, reviews, comments, and ratings about the website can easily be bypassed by a simple "We're a new company." That's why I always gamble and trade in websites that have been around for quite a while now.

What's more sketchy, and what's more deceptive is when you find articles and websites reviewing the casino and they are all positive. Keep in mind that others are getting paid to do this. They are paid to say good things on a website they don't know about. I can totally imagine a scam website contacting a review site saying that they are going to pay them to write an article for them which covers the given topics and features of the website. In short, just stick out to those new gambling sites that do have some realistic welcome or bonus offer than on offering those kind of too good to be true then you should really be wary on that particular situation.

But this brings the experience and the time...

For the inexperienced here I have the following BASIC TIPS (the order is not important here):

Where?

-how is the website structured?
-cheap or high-quality impression of the site? 

> Legitimate business and location of the business: 

-where is the headquarter located? (many scams come from e.g. Russia and neighbouring countries or Great Britain and its Oversea Territories!)
-the legal situation there?
-is everything duly registered and reported to the competent authorities?

Who?

-Who is behind the project? Just use Google Search! (in many cases will realize yourself immediately that it is a fraud!)

What?

-search (with google) the name of the project and also look under news
-what do the founder(s) of the project want to achieve?
-what is the use case?
-is the idea really new or just another copy?

Why?

-why could this project, of all projects, be successful as 1 in 10,000? (if you dont have an answer, Keep your hands off!)

For the sake of on topic reply, then how to spot a scam? When you do see red flags with your own very eyes and when anything gets suspicious then Google would always be your friend.

bumping a thread is okay as long as you follow the forum rules  , it does not mean that its a fake site that they are promoting  . you can also read the coments of that thread  . easy to spot a fake site if the comments  are mostly from newly built accounts and you find them talking all . it was like thier conversation is not geniune   . license is a powerful tool to gain repuation but its also possible that they will use it a wrong way  .  you see many gambling sites on the past turns into bad too   . anything is possible here

Google is also giving consent to those fake reviews,Google is one place where manys cams are getting on it so prevent trusting google .
and also yeah this forum is one good place where to find legitimate gambling sites but it doesn't mean that everything here are legit.
the best way is to make your own research about these site.

I won't trust Google to find the scam gambling sites because I think Google itself can not filter the scam sites, but reading on this forum to find the crypto gambling website will be better than searching on other websites. However, it doesn't always guarantee to get the legit gambling website since we can get a scam too from here. But it is okay if you want to search fiat gambling website, and I am sure Google will help you

So we need to be careful to select the crypto gambling site, and always remember, don't use big money to gamble if you are not ready to lose your money. Don't trust the ratings, it often gets positive by paid accounts so look for the opinions on forums where strangers interact about that site and if it has no such thing then don't risk your money to a new unknown casino.
