It looks like it is probably a hacked or sold account. It was registered in 2013 and used to post in Russian then after a long period of activity it woke up and starting posting one-liner shitposts in English. Like your last post:

May be you broke  rules or plagiasm? Carefully read the rules , may be you find reason ban. Just am don't think what you accaunt was be banned without the reason.

please re read your banning notification, does it say banned or locked? what email address to appeal?
I have a feeling that account locked for security purpose.
I experienced this too, after a year no activity, login works for 2-3 weeks before locked
his last post was yesterday June 11, 2018, 09:12:18 AM ~ 3 weeks since woke up

This is not a new account of you. Are are claiming another account and both account are old. I think this forum is to help each other which you can perform by a single account. Why you have multiple account?
