Hi everyone.I'm looking for paypal vcc and wanna fund with bitcoin.Wirex closed service for my country.Please ping me if u can do it , or suggest me services.Thanks.

Passed a period ago since I used a PayPal account using a Bitcoin VCC card "fund with bitcoin."
Based on that experience I recommend you using UQUID. "I do not know if it still works."
Generally, any card that has been documented/verified "ID & proof of address" can be linked to a Paypal account.

uquid is no longer available for vcc Sorry, the service requested is not available.
is there any other site that can make vcc can be reloadable with bitcoin ?
