May not be this year. Going back to $400 is too far as of now.  The first half would not have been in favor of all coins but hope this current trend does not continue further. A long waiting should get over by now. The growth is expected to start this July. ETH is expected to have threefold growth this year and can expect minimum $1000 this year end.  Let's watch what happens.

From what i look at the chart it seems that Eth would not go down yet to $400 due to the fact that Bitcoin is a bit down too that's why i think they were holding all of their Ethereum or any other ERC20 compatible altcoins. If someone would buy from ETH, it would go down as well to that price level but it is too much for a dip, maybe if BTC is going down to $5k or less.
