At the current exchange rate, you do understand that 2mBTC is only $13, right?

Additionally, do you have anyone here (preferably a trusted member) that can vouch for you? The only feedback you have here is, well, negative. And PayPal transactions are reversible payments, so it's going to be difficult to get any reputable member here to trade with you. Why not try LocalBitcoins?

I don't have anyone to vouch, best i can do is to send payment first. I don't reverse transactions. I like my neutral trust rating lol.

Not sure if you know this, but PayPal transactions are reversible for 180 days. This also applies to Friends or Family payments, not just payment for Goods or Services. I wouldn't normally hate so much on your request, but I've been burned on multiple occasions (yes multiple) for PayPal exchanges. I'm just trying to play devil's advocate to protect others who may not be aware. But good luck.

Since it's only 20 bucks, I'll go ahead and do it.

Go ahead dude, just be careful. Still, money is involve . . . so be wise at all, if he got a lot of 20 bucks from different person, it's his victory for sure. Lol

I don't use PayPal that much/often, but I'll say you just by btc from localbitcoins, cause there, it is easy, safe and fast. Also, the price of bitcoin at this time is seriously fluctuating in which 0.002btc is $13.6 (coinbase) which is a lose.

This is good advice and spot on.

Have you conducted this deal yet? I'm willing to take a risk and get this done for you to help you establish a bit of trust and to make a small profit from this transaction. Obviously, I'm going to ask you to send the payment as a "Friends or Family" payment, which doesn't eliminate the risk of a chargeback... But it does greatly increase the difficulty to do so.

Send me a PM if you still need to get this done. Otherwise, I'd advise that you lock this thread if you no longer need this exchange.

Cheers!
