WTF? So it's basically impossible for people to get money out of there now? Not sure how many people even still use gos so I'm surprised this had such an effect.

So why would people use gox at all now then? Then again, I don't know why people were still using it anyway.

This is crazy and it is real shit for those who have trusted mtgox.

Now, when BTC is falling I find interesting that altcoins do not rise relatively to BTC.

But at the same time some altcoins like dogecoins didn't fall as hard like BTC or didn't even fall at all.

Seriously, I don't understand why somebody still use mtgox with the terrible delay in USD withdrawals and rumour of insolvency.

yes Smiley She invested only a little bit Smiley a 100$, but shes great in saving money, so she will wait to the next year untill she will withdraw Smiley

if it is about me - I have to much pressure, and I am moving my cryptos here and there all the time.
She will just sit and look and the price Tongue and next year she will get more that from shitty bank investment.

Last year she put like 2000$ to bank investment. And after a year withdraw 2200%.
If she would listen to me and put in into Bitcoins last year ... Cheesy

so I hope 2014 will be good for Bitcoin too !!! Smiley

Maybe price will not rise x30 like last year.
But I hope for x2 minimum Smiley

It had an effect because up until this point Gox had not really acknowledged the problem, but now they have completely frozen withdrawals, which makes it seem as though they need new deposits in order to have the funds to cash out people's withdrawal requests
