How do I get investors for my ICO while I don't have enough money to fund the very initial stage after setting up ICO and smart contract ? I tried bounty program and airdrop but still it seems like I am wasting tokens for nothing at all, how can I bring some real investors for my ICO without paying thousands to advertising agencies that is as risky as free marketing ?

Why are you asking this if you already have your ICO? Haven't you planned everything out before running it? if this is your case then you don't have to pursue it and it's better for you to stop. I tried bounty program and airdrop but still it seems like I am wasting tokens for nothing at all What is your ICO? You probably are looking for an early results, bounties aren't going to be that way. It takes time before the product you are promoting here through signature becomes popular. how can I bring some real investors for my ICO without paying thousands to advertising agencies that is as risky as free marketing ?
If you are not running an ICO for your own benefit and you have a real company to use those tokens, you'll get investors but still it's not guaranteed.

It is must to program all aspects including advertising (an important point ) prior to startup of your ICO. Without advertising it looks weird however bitcointalk bounty program can help you grow your telegram group subscribers to look it real and promising project. You should hire an experienced ads marketer and advisor for success of your ICO

If you really think your ICO has great potential to bring some positive change while also being able to generate income, then first of all you should post an ANN thread on Bitcointalk. Secondly, try to contact crypto personalities on Twitter and similar platforms and pitch your idea to them. They might do the initial funding for your project in exchange of some equity or tokens. And then you can move to more advertising options like getting your articles published on sites like Cointelegram, partnerships with other genuine crypto projects, bounty programme on Bitcointalk and stuff like that.
But frankly speaking, if you don't have money to advertise your project, then that probably means you are one man army trying to raise funds. It is almost impossible to do that in current scenario. I am guessing you are just trying to grab some money and flee, aren't you??

The best way yo attract invesment is to have at least a working prototype of your product. Moreover, you should know both stengths and weaknesses of it and put good emphasis on the competitive advantage when you are pitching it to a potential investor.

Making an ICO is a business and any business needs a start-up capital so forget making your project into reality if you can't face that. Investors will only doubt you if you are begging them to fund your project. It does not make you credible and trustworthy because you are using their money and not yours so it is easy for you to abandon it whenever you feel helpless along the way or having no progress.

You deed your ANN thread three days ago (16/06/2018)... What are you expecting? I don't really get it! You do an announcement where most of the links on it are not working and you are expecting people to invest in your one-man project? This is not things work in real life. You need to build a team, you need to have some experience in the field you are targetting, and you need to have at least some start capital to launch a project.

To get an investor, you must have a marketing team. if you do not have a marketing team, it will be difficult to get an investor. unless the project that you build is very good and detail, it does not rule out that investors will be many who join

Bounty programs are the best way to market related to the crypto currencies but if you want to get investors then your project must be exceptional in some way from others because the advertising can bring attention to your project only but the quality of your project can convince them to invest or not.

Once your ICO is well settled into the Public ICO stage, setup an AMA session with the CEO and other key members. Being asked hard technical questions and your vision and development is the best thing that can happen to you. If you satisfy people with your answers then you can win a lot of retail investors. Also search for ICO pools who can help you get some early investors. Ping me on telegram @sanjeevtalks or write to me at sanjeev.raghu@allcoinlabs.com

It is disappointing to know that the one who makes or handle an Initial Coin Offering(ICO) Projects have no planning ahead of time and no advertising firm doing this particular task. It’s clearly nothing worth any money from me as an investor. Hard to believe if most ICO are like this and might be the reasons of unsuccessful project outcomes.

We faced a similar challenge. We have an ICO planned out but are not launching it just because of the fact that we do not have initial funding to get started. We know we need X amount of money to get started. But if we can't convince people with deep pockets to initially fund us, then how will we convince others to join us. Need to have a good vision, tech, team and some basic funding to start.

that is difficult if you do not want to use advertising services because the effect is very large, if you do not use advertising services then you have to walk to be your own marketing ico offer programs to large investors only, and there again to save you cost enough to rent a little advertising that is rented a well-known advisor will of course have an effect.

Well it seems there is need for you to go back to the drawing board and think about what you are not doing right. Start with the project itself because no matter the funds involved, a workable project will attract the people but if they are not seeing any special value, you will have to do more in convincing people to believe in your project. Another thing you should consider is your presentation and announcement if you are sure you have a top notch project, then you need to work more on that. My humble opinion.

We all know that the problem with this projects are the reputation within the community that this ICO thing is severely abused and money generating machine for scammers. May not be all and I can’t blame big investors for not trusting any projects who have this kind of signs.
