Lol .. i couldn't help but laugh at this one .. im sure there must have been a miscommunication somewhere and it was meant to be PCIe riser cables (although on googling PCI riser card is something I didn't know of, though not used much(if at all) in the mining world). Its kinda funnily worded even though may qualify to be technically correct.

On a lighter note

definition of PCIe Express Cables :
Special cables made for mining equipment, also used by miners in the 21st century to hang themselves when mining turns unprofitable due to rise in difficulty and/or price volatility.
