Big money whales do not want to pay full retail prices so are keeping market in a trading range causing weak hands to sell out. Once all the weak hands are gone and there are more buyers than sellers, prices will rise.

The news can be manipulated, but the manipulators have an important role to control the market. Remember there is a lot of big news has already written in various crypto news sites.
The news doesn't mean a lot to the audiences. With so many funds and the manipulators can control the market.

Dude you just need to give this stuff time. Regulations are still being drawn up in most major country a and no real institutional investor would touch crypto with a barge pole without solid regulatory framework being in place.

If we buy at this time, maybe you are right, but i dont see any reasons why media is manipulating the market price., but if we think closely on the recent happenings on the market price and capitalizations. this is the best time to acquire more investments., and let us all take advantage of it., that if you have an enough money to buy coins haha. The big money is coming if the the price of the bitcoin and the altcoins fully recovered. If bitcoin price hit again $20,000 the altcoins will increase very high too and  you will gain more money. Maybe I think after few months market will recover.
