If you need to buy some coins, Wait for more dip. this is not the time fill your bags. Meantime don't care more about daily fluctuations just wait for more dips & enter in the right buying points. Tomorrow market might decline or increase but no one knows. What is the best to do then. As the market in down trend fundamentally it should be in a downtrend furthermore. Its up to you how tou manage or do your trading strategy but for me I would suggest to buy in tranches as we don't know how the bitcoin price move so better to buy part by part  so you will not left behind when market runs up.

Exactly it is good to move with the flow if you can see the market price of bitcoin is getting better and it is high then just wait and let it be high so you can sell at higher price but when you see the market is getting low price so don’t waste the opportunity just buy if you will have good amount of capital, so this way I think now is the good chance because the price of bitcoin is not at the top but it will get down so you can buy more to hold and let the price be high once again.

No one knows where the dip is going to stop of wether you should wait. The best approach to this is to do dollar cost averaging. For example, do not invest all your funds at the same time. You continue buying the coins all the way down and when the prices are soaring all the way up, you sell off and make your profits.

Well, for now the best option is to buy because we don't know yet if bitcoin will decrease even more. It's almost half of the year and that means "Ber" months is coming and as we have experience this time where bitcoin increase. But, its not too late, you have plenty of time to buy and take this opportunity as still as you can because bitcoin was so unpredictable.

Right. But as always, be a little more flexible. Don't purchase everything in one go. There may be a chance that the value will dip more and you have to have something to allow you buy again to average whatever loss you might get

As usual bitcoins and altcoins prices are unpredictable. In a minute or seconds, all prices may vary it might be ups or downs. So for me its either you wait or buy during this dip it would still be fine since the price is still cheaper. And in most cases, coins are pumping late in the 4th quarter of the year.
