If I were to enter into crypto currency trading today, my portfolio would look like this: I've been trading some of these names for quite a while, but for holding I try to keep a 20% balance between each of the 5 (+1) coins mentioned below:

1) NEO (20%)

2) KMD (20 %)

3) PCL (Peculium, new entry, 20%)

4) MTC (Docademic, new entry, 20%)

5) ETH + ZEC (10+10= 20%)

A public link to this portfolio can also be found at https://www.cryptocompare.com/portfolio-public/?id=402520.

This will be a buy & hold strategy with regular monthly adjusments between 5-8 coins, unless some spectacular circumstance merits more immediate action.

Looking forward to your feedback & commentary, All the Best

We are still in the 1st day and the portfolio is already up 600 USD, with Docademic and Peculium leading the charge.

I will keep this thread regularly updated, especially if it can gain some traction Smiley amidst the sea of tremendous number of messages on this board

Why not add bitcoin to your portfolio? Huh
At present, bitcoin seems more like a sound investment in most cases, and the risks of investing too much altcoin are actually very high.

I agree Bitcoin will also rally, but I believe several select altcoins are poised to make more exponential gains in comparison;

when making adjustments to the portfolio I usually trade into BTC, so BTC will also be included if it accumulates to a significant amount from trades related to this basket.

Great portfolio! I believe that most profitable from these would be ETH, NEO, PCL and ZEC. In the same order as I Have mentioned them. Off course everyone knows that ETH and NEO are at different course of their development and with increasing NEO based ICO projects it will grow even bigger than the current status. I think you might be knowing that ETH is about to launch their new full scaled up network in coming months as they porgies towards its end and thus ETH will something out of the box investment! Will be watching your public link, lets see where it leads!  Cheesy

I like your portofolio, and it's nice to see that you hold MTC because for the next 24 months they will send 1 airdrop per month to token holders( 5.5% from your total number of coins). So in 1 year, you will almost double the amount of MTC that you hold.

I like this portfolio. I just think MTC is unnecessary here. Bitcoin instead of MTC. Because Bitcoin is always guaranteed and safe.

$MTC Docademic has a unique and very altruistic use case, a completely functional product, rapidly expanding community,

and it's a very likely candidate to receive sizable investments from outside institutions looking to make a foray into crypto.
