Does anyone know where I can find a decent, cost effective 240V surge protector?
I have a dedicated 100 AMP panel for mining equipment, and am going to upgrade some of the outlets from 120v to 240v in order to double the amount of wattage I can run at one time. I think I need to add some Nema 6-20R or Nema L6-20R outlets (probably 5 outlets on 5 20 amp breakers, but maybe 10 outlets on 5 20 amp breakers), but the 240v surge protector situation has me very confused.
There appear to be very few good 240V surge protector choices in the US, and I don't really want to invest a lot of money in UPS backups. The one decent option I was able to find below may work, but it only supports 9 AMPS. I suppose it isn't too bad but was wondering if there was a better option.
