What happend about market cap?

Just remember that decreased market cap doesn't really mean much if you don't take into account the value of crypto as well. A reason for the decrease in market cap is because the value of coins are lower, and this means less dollar equivalent is invested, but not necessarily that people have taken out there money in crypto. It could all still be invested in other coins, hedged as tether waiting for a big uptrend, or even withdrawn to a cold wallet.

Don't panic. Accept that crypto is volatile. It always go up. Just be patient.

You're right we can not just rely on predictions of market capitalization, we just need to look at market capitalization last month, so we'll know what's going on downhill or up, like what happened last March.
