Buy a kingston 120gb ssd. But windows recognizes it as a hard drive


I can not flash it with the etcher. because he tells me he can not find a removable unit ...

What do you think I should do?

reformat it as FAT32 maybe? 
its prob default NTFS, which is kinda a windows thing :/
i use rufus+DD mode, fat32 formatted drives, never had a problem Smiley

Try to set your IDE to AHCI in bios

Another thing which you should try from run Command promt as administrator, and try to run "winstat formal" if this doesn't work try "winstat diskformal". This will reset your SSD type, and Windows should recognize it as SSD.
