Waiting for more than 4 months for my money (from MtGox) - what next?

I've initiated a bank transfer request from MtGox interface at the end of September, and money has still not arrived to my account.

Although I have expected some delays, 4 months is beyond insane, so I am going to file a formal complaint with Japanese financial authority/authorities, assuming I can figure out which one to contact.

Does anyone have experience with this and knows which authority would be the best one to contact?

I would assume that "Financial Services Agency" (http://www.fsa.go.jp/en/) would be the one, but if anyone else has better suggestions, I will appreciate it.

I have no idea in the authority in Japan, and couldn't help you for that part.

This will ultimately lead to the downfall of Gox, its only a matter of time. That is going to be very bad press for people that are not that knowledgable on BTC
