An excellent investigation, I have relied on the design of the site in addition to the white paper to determine whether ICO is real or scam, but it seems that I was wrong.
In general, how can you identify the real names of these people? Also, how can you track images? "I tried searching for the fake names, but it often leads me to the same site."
In other words explain this

For other pictures simply use Google search you will find their alt name and details.

For find real name and picture, first search on Google. If you not get result try to click "All size picture" in bottom of picture. Now you will se multiple picture if it's taken from Google. Then select each photo, you will see source website and details. That's it.

You must lock and announce your thread that ICO is scam due to fake team. Whatever true already discribe here. I think I am not wrong. It's better stop bounty and update thread as Mark scam ICO. Otherwise you might be get red tag on your profile. Ask them to come live with together all member's or individual. Then you can unlock. Please lock now and update about scam.

Was just looking through this project.
Such a low quality scam, cant believe they spent time and resources
to develop a website and couldnt even photoshop their fake team

Good job. Not only me, I saw also other people make thread against their ICO. That means we can say it's high risk for you if you unblock. I think you can unlock if they use escrow for bounty payment with btc. Anyway you are now not responsible if they scam. For next time before start any ICO you should research first. If need any help from my side you can pm me on future. I will try my best to help you.

A lot of pictures have what they call, Metadata and these scam ICO's do not even know how to strip the Meta Data from these pictures before they use them.    Metadata is called Exif (Exchangeable image file format) and is a standard that specifies formats for files recorded by digital cameras.

GPS metadata can actually tell you where the photo was taken, and this might help you to narrow your search. Most profile photos are taken in the area where you live.
