Is there anyone learning to fork some coins? I'm developer and have long experience of backend stuffs, but I'm new to this, so we can learn together if you're learning too.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.
