LEGAL NOTICESWhether a particular action qualifies for a bounty allocation shall be decided at Color’s sole discretion (e.g., whether a Retweet contains appropriate content or not).
Bounty distributions may be withheld at the discretion of the "Pax Datatech". The most common circumstance for bounty withholding would likely be due to failure to meet all bounty receipt requirements. If any COL remains in the bounty pool, additional bounties can be rewarded to users who are particularly active during the Color TGE campaign.
Any disputes that may arise from the Color Bounty Program will be exclusively dealt with by the ordinary courts of the city of Singapore according to Singapore law.
