I'm just hovering around in the altcoin section to find some interesting topics or discussion to participate with and I've spotted this trash posting a the same post in all of his opened thread and when I checked his/her posts you can see the trash he makes in the forum.

Well it's alright to reply post in your own thread but replying the same thing in all your threads will result a spam. (In my opinion)

Accused User: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1996607
Reason/Evidence: Posting same posts all over the altcoin discussion and announcements (altcoins)

Here' are some of his trashes:

Well you can just look at his post to see the evidences.

PS. I'll delete this thread if my accusation is wrong.

If you feel that it's breaking the rules then you can report it using the report to moderator button. You'll get your feedback whether you are right or wrong from that then. There's no real need to create a thread every time something like this comes up.

It's kind of spamming if you're making a topic about a spammer. Use the "Report to moderator" button, rather than a topic for discussion.

As mentioned above, report the posts, even one by one and let the mods decide.
You can tell the mods in the report to have a look at the user's post history, if the mods see that the user is a spammer and adds no value to the topics, they can also ban the spammer, so report it and let the mods take the actions needed.
I advice now to lock the thread, before the newbies and the jr.members find it to add their 2 cents to this topic too and it becomes a spam megathred...

I tried to lock this topic and report him/her to the moderator, but I think it's not enough to report him because he/she still continues the spam he/she's making.

I'm just concern with the forum and the community and in my understanding you're not able to copy paste post to different threads and sections unless if it was translated because it will result as a spam.

Moderators do get around to dealing with these problem users when they get around to it.
They have a backlog of shitty users to deal with, it is best to just take the advice as given and not expect immediate results.

Use the "report to moderator" button give an explanation in the space provided and they will deal with it accordingly. If you feel the problem goes beyond the one post mention that and they will look into it.
If it is a case of plagiarism you can also post your findings in this thread by LoyceV

The problem with everyone creating threads like this over and over everytime there is an issue is that it gums up the board unnecessarily. If you don't notice any action then feel free to take additional steps but it usually isn't required. When I see these threads I generally just think people are looking to get Merits or recognition for something that can be done without receiving either.

It takes time to get reaction on the case. Keep in mind that every day the Mods have to deal with hundreds of reports. Sometimes it takes a few days to see some actions.

As Welsh said, no need to open a thread for every rule-breaker. If you really want to report it you can find many threads for different rule-breakers.

Spamming is not normal actually it's written in the rules of the forum and the reason why we have a merit right now is to stop this kind of users however you've seen it like it's normal because the spammers are strays everywhere in the forum and the mods have some difficulty in controlling this users because of the number of users registering daily.

Plus he/she is not just spamming. He post the same post in different threads/topics and you think it's normal?.
