I am sure you have heard that the best time to invest into Bitcoin and any other altcoins is when they are at the dip just like what is happening right now! But honestly...how many of us here in this forum are really doing it...putting their wallet where their mouth is? Or are you like me who just temporarily halt doing anything at all...not selling and not buying just letting things come and go before making any big decision? Anyway, I understand there are really good traders who can even make more money when things are going down! And I am hoping that we have many of such people here...

It is a good time for sure, most especially for those who are going long term, as that would make it easy for them to easily hold even if the market eventually tend to have some tendency of dropping a little bit further.

I am still not sure bitcoin is done yet, as it could still have more room to go down and we all know how that affects market generally, however, for anyone who is not even a trader, some altcoins are already an easy hold since they are presently in their historical bottom and may not have much to go further with strong level of accumulation going on.

At the same time, everyone should be careful of the coins they are holding and not just any coin just for the sake of pump and dump. With the way the cryptocurrency market is going, you sure do not want to be holding any coin with no strong community support or a good product backing it up.

Of course I do it, I buy when the price is very low, and sell when it is getting profit. All decisions are in your hands. Making a decision means you are taking risks

When you say buy the dip, expect that there are skeptics that are going to persecute you with those words.
They will complain that they are doing that thing and yet they are still losing.

I'm doing this with my spare money, buying at dip and I know when to sell. But there are times too that I do nothing when it's on the dip.

I feel no appetite of buying but only holding.

Yes. I have been doing that for a few weeks ago and still hold it even though the price keeps coming down
I don't care about the price this week is already dip or not but I think this is a bargain price, so I always try to buy it if my financial condition allows increasing my investment

Sure, that's the best time to buy coins can easily give you 200 - 500% with just little push. But the only thing now is the uncertainty, not sure if thats the dip air will there be another dip. Some coins sure won't go back to their previous high. Becareful out there

Yeah I am, but just projects I personally believe in and already hold some coins for. Slowly averaging in and see what happens. Nothing crazy.

No, because personally i have no hope for the altcoins' futures so i don't invest in them like this. this strategy only works for things with a good future like bitcoin. even if you make a mistake and buy in a dip and price goes lower you can be sure t hat bitcoin price will rise back up but you can not be sure about altcoins.

what i do to altcoins is that i only buy them when they started rising already not a minute sooner. i may miss the chance to make the biggest profit, i know that. but i am also reducing the risk of losing money to nearly 0 risk. and that is more important to me.

I always buy coins when they are at dip. I haven't really invested into coins when they are with a good value, always looking for some which are at a slight downfall. You should never really invest into coins which aren't at a dip. Now I personally won't invest into anything because I'm waiting for my other investments to rise so I can enjoy my money for the summer. Right now is definitely the best time to invest into altcoins, even into Bitcoin because I hear a lot of people are expecting a big value increase.

I'm constantly buying every month potential altcoins during dips... It's just a personal goal I decided to roll with.

Is it the best decision? Maybe.
Will they continue to drop? Maybe.

But it's a risk I'm willing to make.

I'm a long term investor so unless the whole market dies off, I got nothing to lose aside from the money that I'm willing to risk losing.

Everyone will be anxious when they are in the present situation. Some people are bold and adventurous. May be rich and expensive. Do not do anything. Waiting for the market reaction is the safest investment. Let's look forward to the occurrence of the situation.

I think buying altcoins at dip is encouraging as this tend to save funds for now and to maximize huge profit later as the sales increase. For any one who is want to make profit.

Now we see how a very sad picture unfolds in the market, when people panic and as a rule people do not control their actions on such market movements, and we need to use this situation with you.

Well there is some coins that I see no way they can go lower in price and others did not dip much in the last crash, you should know what you should buy and what you shouldn't . Buying the dip is the key success in crypto, so all you need to do is to see if your targeted coin is at bottom or still more crush coming, I believe that 80% of alts is at dip right now, maybe even blind buy any coins and you will end in profit .

I always prefer to buy altcoins at the dip, however recently I am done doing that. The reason is simple, I bought at the first dip last week and thought that it is the most bottom that has been reached and what I will see now is the bull run to profit me. But nothing like that happened and surprisingly all the currencies dropped even further that too very sharply. I think this was the worst case scenario I have seen and im out of cash now and cant invest more and worried that this is not the bottom yet. But buying at bottom is the only strategy to gain most of the profits in the crypto currencies.

I do like you, I better keep silent because I have not strong enough capital to fight the market that is still in an uncertain position

Of course, you should take this opportunity as best you can. I once regretted being hesitant to invest in Bitcoin, and now I do not want to repeat the same mistake.

Wait for the right opportunity to grab potential coins at cheaper prices. If you don't have any money left to invest into the coins then you should just hold on to whatever you have rather than selling it at cheaper price. I have seen people committing this mistake several times. They do the opposite thing. Instead of buying coins on dips , the end up selling their coins in a loss. You should just hold on to whatever you have if you fear from loss. I am currently holding on to my coins as well but didn't miss this dip. I have invested in EOS when it was at bottom this week and now I can see it increasing little by little. I am sure when BTC price goes up, this investment will give me a good return. Even if it doesn't, I ll wait until it returns me a good profit.

You know you have to use the money you are willing to lose to invest in cryptocurrency to avoid big loss.If i got the money,of course i will buy the dip. This time i got no spare money and just like you,i just watching the market without doing anything and hope i got some money soon or the market rises.
