It is paying step-by-step,
after filling 0.5 (120% = 0.6BTC), it goes to second, to third, and etc.
It is sending winnings after 1 confirmation.
Nobody forbids you send 0.5 BTC too.

Then you have to wait for everyone after you to pay enough to pay you. Then you have to wait for all of those transactions to get confirmed. Then you get paid. |
