There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

you don't need to worry about waiting for a confirmation. the sheer amount of resources someone would need to execute a double spend attack would far outway the amount of money they could ever make ripping of a game with a maximum deposit of 0.5 lol

in your tx id there is not your wallet as input ? you sent from an exchange or web wallet ?
Look at edit 1 too btw. It's more pressing as it's probably my fault that I sent from an exchange. The first was sent from an exchange, the second from my switch pool mining. That's a more pressing matter.
