Since there is no record of the transaction on the blockchain (you found this out on your own!) the problem is with BTC-e. You should be speaking with them to find your missing litecoins.

btc-e is normally good about these things. i once had this problem with btc awhile back and it was solved and my [Suspicious link removed]ived after 24 hours of dispute. goodluck to you

I had a withdrawal problem with btc-e before. I open a ticket in btc-e and also pm the btc-e account here. I took them 2 days to resolve the problem.
