A lot of people are reaching a point where they are considering selling their coins. I would like to know, what your "panic" sell

point is?

I bought most of my coins at below $1000, so I am not worried at all about the drop in the price. I will never walk away from

Bitcoin losing any money, because I sold some bitcoins when the price reached $19,000 last year and made back all the

money that I invested. Some people bought at $19,000 last year, and I think many of them sold already. Do you have a point,

where you will push the "panic" button?

I doubt that it will go down much further, but if it does... where would you start selling your coins?

I don't sell unless I need the money, if i invest money in coin, i want to earn some profit.
But, if i wait for it and the other chance is out of hand, I will definitely evaluate it.
You should be prepared at all times in these situations, there are always movement in the market.

I never panic tbh and I don't know if that's good or bad  Grin I'm together with my coins through all ups and downs, but now I'm finally starting to change my tactic and do some day-trading on the side so I can acquire some "free coins" and then the only thing that I sell is the initial investment and nothing more. After I sell it, I know that i'm playing with free coins and it feels so much better   Grin

but again panic is not my thing. I prefer either to go to the moon with a certain coin or sink with it together  Cheesy

I will not panic and will not sell my coins if I will not have profit.
It's simple like that.
After all, I earned most of my coins in a free way, so why I should sell them for a bad price?
I can wait how long is necessary, I don't care.
Right now, crypto market is down but trend will change eventually, I'm sure about it.
Smart and patient people will share reward.

i would say no price, instead i will start to buy again on avarage when we are going down. There is no sense to sell when the price falls, but you need to sell when the price climbs.. that's what smart people do. Selling while the market is crashing, would have only a possible scenario.. that most probably you sell the bottom or near, losing so much money.

i am there in bitcoin from last 4 years so i wont sell bitcoin even the market crashes to zero i knew it will increase in price and bounce back again
If the price of bitcoin really reached zero then that means that bitcoin failed an you will be unable to sell your bitcoin, fortunately for us that day will not come, however it seems we are going to need many months or even years for the price of bitcoin to recover, I really do not mind it at all but many people in the forum will not hold for that long.

Panic button should be around USD 3K. However, Bitcoin will *never* gonna at this price point.
The support level is really strong at around USD 6K.
When it hits around 6K it will bouncing back. So no worries for me ;-)

If we look at it from a human point of view, everyone has certain limits and the patience of each, which at some stage will be reflected, from that person's behavior, from:
Silence, without doing anything though many disappointing things reside as when looking at the price graph it doesn't show the existence of increase.
Uncontrolled emotion which causes panic, so we sell the bitcoin we have even though the price's very low, because of the existence of worry that the price will fall even more sharply.

where is the never option?

panic is the worst thing you can do.

As bad as any fluctuations that occur, we must accept the fact, be sure to be patient and never emotional let alone panic. Indeed, patience also has its limits. But that doesn't mean the limit of patience measured by selling bitcoin when the price's low. The Limit patience with a sweet smile and HODL.

The answer is simple, I won't sell them because this is what the whales want. Before it went down, then up, now we are again in a bearish phase, in the future there will be a new bull run, so hold on and let's wait!

I can't find my preferred option here because I can never panic and sell bitcoin. I have sold bitcoin at a very high price and made great gain and there were times I didn't make good gain. But in all I profit a lot from bitcoin, so it is a must have forever for me even at any price.
Waow so you are lucky when you can sell the bitcoin at its highest price. Actually our goal to make profut from our investment. Buy low sell high is the basic of this. I have some money in my portofolio, because its not big money then i will be not panic at all at any price.

I think i will start to panic when the price of bitcoin is bellow 500$ because I think that's the time that bitcoin will be gone or be bankrupt. I will sell it when the price of it becomes 2000$ up because it's a large amount for me and can make my life stable.

Before entering into this market, be prepared for psychological loss. If the market falls sharply, it's best to do nothing and wait. Because if you sell you will regret it.

I don't know about it because as I know that if the price is down I always panic and want to sell my coin always be like that, I don't know why but I always panic to sell, and every time I panic I always think that I need to HOLD my coin until the price is back to higher, its hard to do it because we lost of our asset when the market goes red

For me, I would never sell in panic.  I have already booked my investment with profit so whatever there is my extra profit.  I would see it gets into zero but I would never sell.  My bet is to get big of nothing, not a little bit of profit.  But everyone has their own style, I respect that.

This is an interesting point, if we think this logically whales are not selling right now, why would they? They could have sold when the price was very high and most likely did, but selling now will be a mistake they are instead accumulating bitcoins but they're doing it in a way that does not pushes the price up and when they are finally ready they will try to make the price explode again, so when seen in that light selling now is a mistake since you will be gifting your bitcoins to them.

I voted for $3000, if the price gets $3000 then that is the start that I will panic, but maybe I still not going to sell my bitcoins, because I think some investors will take this opportunity to buy bitcoins to gain profit in the future.

Decisions like this are very dicey considering your how much the price was when you bought and the present price but for me when it goes below the $3000 mark i will have to sell.

Going back to the $1000 like 1 or 2 years ago is probably what will make me sell everything I have because at that moment also the opportunity to bitcoin back up will be difficult.
