I just read from cnbc that a spokesperson from sec said that btc and eth are not securities because they are decentralized. Can you please interprete it and tell me your views.

I believe the explanation from my view is that sec can't regulate them. They are anonymous, can't be controlled nor regulated. Securities have a measure of control by the government.

Yea thanks a bunch. That explains why  the market sky rocketed afterwards. I think investors like that idea
