I have ran pywallet / -rescan on doge wallet and it is confirmed it was redeemed to a wallet with 7 million doge in it.
Yes I opened up a "ticket" but they are saying "We dont not know what happened to your doge, it will not be credited to your account."
Such customer service.

Does anybody recognize this address or any address associated in the blockchain?

Well, that's what I thought, but...
