Hi. Are you planning to place the co-workings on the skirts of the towns?
We will place the co-workings where it’s rational to do it and where they will have demand. Our strategy is flexible enough.

There’re so many freelancers in the world. Are they your target audience?
Everyone who wants to work in comfortable conditions or accommodate their employees in comfortable conditions.

No, but there’re also researches of some other sources in or WP, including Forbes. We will be grateful if you study it more carefully.

Are you sure that freelancers will be able to afford co-working rent? As far as I know, they don’t make a lot of profit!
In opposition to the common belief about the insolvency of freelancers, the Freelancers Union research revealed that the average hourly freelancer rate with experience over 5 years is from $ 59.15 to $ 84.55, with experience of less than 5 years - from $ 44.87 to $ 49.96.

Hi. You say that you solve many problems that the managers face. Which ones?
Most of them are related to employees’ accommodation and the following accompanying, as well as provision of help in proceedings.

Will remote teams get any additional discounts if they use your co-workings?
Theoretically, it’s possible to discussed better conditions for some teams, but only once the network gets bigger.

Yes, of course, we are ready to offer quite a lot of flexible options allowing the employees to focus on the working process.

Let’s say me team will need a new, bigger co-working. Is it possible to move within GoodWork ecosystem?
Of course, because for small teams, the convenience of coworking lies in the ability to open an office quickly and scale it to fit your needs.

Hello. Why do you think that decentralized projects will be interested in using your co-workings?
Because the use of our co-workings will help them to save a lot of money which they could spend on buying and equipping their own office.

There’re 14k co-workings in the world. Are you sure that your business will be profitable for you?
First, co-workings are unevenly distributed. Secondly, the demand for them is steadily  growing. Thus, we can be sure that the demand for GoodWork co-workings will remain high enough.

Hello. How much do you think will capitalization of your network be in the following 5 years after the launch of the first co-working?
At the moment, it’s hard to make a detailed forecast, but it is quite likely that it will be possible after the end of the ICO.

Is it possible that some co-workings will be closed because of their unprofitability?
We do everything to create optimal economical conditions for GoodWork co-workings, so such a scenario is unlikely.

Of course, not! The users will be able to offer their options during the voting for co-working location!

What will happen in case of equal voting results for several districts of one and same city?
Given the fact that the number of votes is equal to the number of tokens owned by the voters, such an option is almost impossible. However, if this happens, we will find a way to solve the issue.
