a fear will hurt itself, but it has a bad effect for others. we know the current market situation has made some people afraid, especially beginners, they easily panic and make mistakes in every decision they make. you are right that the market will not recover in the near future, the potential decline will continue. but all this is just a prediction and not everyone is expecting it.

Some time the fear destroys everything because in fear you do panic selling and thus after some days the bull run starts to happen and you realizing that on 1 btc you have lost couple of thousands dollars. This can happen anytime with btc as the rise always happen this quickly.

I've learnt not to be emotionally vested in anything crypto. Best thing is to study the tech objectively, analyse the capabilities of the team, and project possible use cases whatever crypto I'm investing in will likely have in the near future

You are somewhat right but we have seen fear during all bear trends but eventually when bulls takeover they do not look back and nothing stops them, im personally looking for such bulls and we never know when they will be back in the market.

Yes, of course, it is fear that is driving many things more than ever compared to positive and affirmative emotions like enthusiasm and hope. Today this seems to be the driving force of the market. Unfortunately, it is easier to induce fear than hope or enthusiasm for that matter. In the past, many baseless news and pronouncements induced the kind of fear that poured cold water to the market and keeps it from growing fast. Today, with the social media around and the new communication technologies, fear can easily go viral and can be affecting the movement of cryptocurrency from up to down in matters of seconds.
