Make your portfolio based on your investment period if it is short term you need to pick the coins with much volatility and if it is long term pick the bitcoins or the coins with much reputation,but you need to find your coin because no one can say that which coin is going to be much profitable in short or long term.

I wish I knew this tips when I went in crypto.
Some of these things I learned the hard way, but most important thing is that I learned my lesson.
I will keep this rules to be sure not to make same mistakes again.

You are right all of us should know about pumping and dumping of bitcoin if the price of bitcoin will be on increasing mode so it will be time for us to buy some coin for holding and if the price is getting high so then sell, for being a good trader we only need to have patience and never sell our coin at panic, it is very important to think without mind not with heart as emotions can make us suffer with lose.

Each newbie can simply read a review about exchange and then decide to use it or not. Simple process that helps in avoiding frauds.
