I think bitcoin users go more for functionality then looks. If i would buy an account id rather look at rankings/stats instead of Skins, its really a hard market because not everyone cares about the same skins.
With that in mind, there are not much buyers here for this kind of product so your chance of selling lowers even more.

Also most people pay for a higher ranked stats. Since you're plat bump it to gold and you will find a buyer much much easier. Like you said, new season climbing is easy.
