I had my coins stolen from coinbase. support has not been very helpful. Has anyone had similar experience ? Does anyone have a phone nos for coinbase

First: I guess this post is on wrong section. but apart from that I just started using coinbase. Till now i haven't faced any such problem , you must make sure that no one hacked into your coinbase acc/. check you sent payments and try to get more info about the address where BTC is sent .

Sorry to hear.Have you got Double-factor authentication active?
is it different setting or the one where you get a sms on your mobile number whenever you login to you coinbase acc/..?
