Bu in telegram I see a converstation between a member and the admin @belsky63 where the member told to admin:

And admin told:
Post and consecuentlly stakes can not be revised because all is automaticed.
So I do not understand the follow: if posts and stakes can not be revised why in the bounty page of BTC Talk you say "post here report if you want to appeal"
