What's the difference between them?

In Airdrops you can get free tokens by doing simple task like following on social media or Re_tweeting their post.

On the other hand you can also get tokens from Bounty but it's not free. Here you have to do some work which through you can get tokens which bounty duration few weeks or few months after end the Bounty you will get your tokens.
