I tried to open many threads as i am turning my head away from those non sense post but most of the times i do not have a choice but to discuss also with them. Now i hope that this thread will reach out to those people who are always posting nonsense thread and think of a post that is constructive where we could have an active discussion regarding a topic that is not boring.

Instead of opening more rubbish threads try and create one that is constructive or write on the existing threads.
There is a lot of good threads on the forum, constructive posts and people who will share their knowledge

Yes I agree, Instead of questioning about non sense things, try to ask a better question that everyone can relate, topics that are related to this forum. |

Yes I totally agree if you are annoyed in those rubbish thread then make your own constructive thread that will get the interest of the people here in this forum.Rather than blabbering and making a post that adds on those useless post.Share your knowledge not your attitude.

yes, I agree with you, sometimes the thread in this forum makes me annoyed and bored, the topic is mostly talked about bullshit, obscure news and repetitive things, i really need information that educate and clear, i hope much people who will provide a good education in this thread

I'm a bit curious about what you said scam thread? Is there something like that? And can you please explain it further? I am willing to read what you are trying to point out, it seems interesting to me. Although another rubbish thread has been created let us just mislead this one. |

I think the quality of threads in this section is not as bad as it used to be. I have a lot of good material in my bookmarks I can post if needed. Maybe later I will. Some of the best material on topics which belong in this section were authored 5-10+ years ago. It might help people to better understand Satoshi's perspective and motive for creating bitcoin if they read some of the better material published around the time of the 2008 economic crisis.
This section could benefit from more active posters and greater feedback. I should probably make more of an effort to make better posts in this section but it is hard. I always get a feeling not many bother reading anything said here which makes it hard to invest time to post content of higher quality.
I also hate reddit and would love it if this forum could be better than bitcoin subreddits in every way imaginable.

Probably it's also due to the difficulty to monitor the answers you receive in a thread where you post.
I often even forget to go to check for few days, and when I go to the thread I find people commenting randomly and losing the point of the conversation.
I keep notification turn off otherwise it would become an endless sea.

Yes, i think you have raised a valid point, the fact that merit system was introduced, it hasn't reflect yet on improving the quality of posts and thread on the forum, i shake my head when i check some topic, they are total garbage, some people post only for the sake of doing it or just to fulfil signature requirement, i think better measure should be introduce to improve the quality of thread on bitcointalk forum. |

What did you mean by that? That you're the smartest? You open the thread there is a spam. Nobody's forcing you to participate in discussion of spam. Ignore these discussion branches and they will automatically go down. I don't like people teaching others how to live. Perhaps the that for you spam for other information. People are different.

Yes that's true, most of the thread are rubbish.Someone already posted that topic and then suddenly someone copy it and change some sentence or words on it and then posted it again.They getting an idea on that topic and they posted with the same idea.Why we not try to create our own thread ? A new topic ? A fresh and different topic ? I think that is a better idea . |

I totally agree with you. Its just sad to see threads that create FUD or sometimes question that can be answered if you will just go around the forum and search for it. And those good threads are buried deep that sometimes you really need to dig and look for them. That's why mods are working very hard to delete useless thread, but its better if you can remove it to them as well. Remember, the total members are increasing by the day, so it makes sense to help the mods by reporting those garbage thread. |

As a full member you should know this by now. Admit it, you've been reading the same topic made by different users, and most of these topics are "Best ICOs of 2018", "BTC vs ETH", "Hodl or Sell?", etc. you get my point. then what about the thread you made now?
As for you and the OP, you could've just reported the thread if you think posts are rubbish, mods are active enough to address your concerns. |

This depends on the definition of " rubbish," Remember this definition is not uniform for all.
It is difficult to get high-quality discussions, because of different cultures, level of education, technology, and individuals' understanding.
If you want some Serious discussions, there are sections like Bitcoin Technical Support, Mining, and Serious discussions.
SPAM can’t be eliminated but can mitigate to a minimum

That is the job for moderators to filter all of those useless threads and those moderators and doing their jobs great. We just have to let them do their jobs. I highly agree, that is why we have moderators so that useless threads will be removed. And like what they have said, instead of complaining about those threads why dont you make a difference and make a better one? Atleast for a change, therefore not all threads will be useless. It will be a big help for us and the moderators.  |

I think this thread also rubbish in my thought so you lock this thread soon otherwise many spam are entering this thread. Because if you have right to create a thread but your aim is stop the unwanted post at the same time you also created in rubbish thread. If you want to convey something you can explain else you just avoid these thread.
