I typed command encryptwallet to my daemon, but stopped and not work?

How to solve?

This is supposed to happen. The daemon is supposed to stop when encrypting the wallet to ensure that nothing sensitive remains unenecrypted. You have to restart it after it stops.

Like achow101 already said, this is by design. There are unencrypted private keys (reserved addresses for future use)  in the wallet.dat and when you encrypt your wallet, your keypool is flushed and new keys are generated. So make sure you create a new backup from your wallet.dat (and if you want to be sure, also dump your private keys), after you restarted the wallet.
