...they were able to see 100's of other banners even though they were supposed to me confiscated by the NSA, like our's was, to protect the fans from themselves.

I liked the idea of the banner, has it really been confiscated?!

The cost of mediation increases transaction costs, limiting the
minimum practical transaction size and cutting off the possibility for small casual transactions

What wallet are these banners going to,  charity I'm guessing ?

If you're in reference to the single banner that didn't make it into the Super Bowl, the QR-Code and Google tiny URL linked to an Overstock page because they just starting accepting bitcoins prior to the creation of the banner, and I desired to send them some juice.

My birthday reference above was provided to show that I may be losing it due to my age, thus not thinking of the idea presented myself.
