I bought MONACoin when Bitcoin cost about $ 20,000 and did not sell for a very long time, waiting for a trend change. I lost 75% of the amount.

I entered the market quite smoothly. So I managed to avoid major mistakes. But my friend lost a lot on the ico titanium.

My biggest mistake was not investing in projects that solve a practical problem and can solve it better than the current non block chain tech. I invested in things like counterfeiting platform that seemed amazing, but the product was not even finished yet and their was not enough money to get the job done. I invested in micro caps that offered no solution as well. Every mistake you could think of i made.

The two companies i am invested in now solve the following problems:

Modern Finance Chain (MFX): People do not like crypto and trust it for day to day transactions. Meanwhile, Paypal charges insane fees (especially if you have to use it a lot). MFX plans to make it cheaper than any of the current systems to send txs for merchants and customers through rewards and no fee txs for the native token. They will also drive merchants to use it by virtue of being a phone app only, so there is no capital cost for merchants to buy the hardware POS, like Pundix for example. This solves a major problem that society has. MFX makes crypto a better and more viable solution for payments

Linkchainx is a block-chain based contracting system that cuts down the ridiculous fees of Upwork and Fivvr. It has better matching systems, and a fairer, more balanced, arbitration system, so contractors are protected not just sellers. The current paradigm costs way to much, and the block-chain system makes payments faster for contractors.
 
There are many more projects that solve problems that are only partially solved by those non-crypto solutions. When people see that the crypto based product is better than the non crypto based iteration, it will help them get over their aversion of crypto and try crypto out. The only way forward to valuation is adoption. The only way to spur adoption is usefulness.

I once made a mistake when I sold one of my crypto assets, I was in a hurry to sell the coin because there was a sudden need that could not be delayed.
And you know? 2 days later the price of the coin raised up almost 10x from my selling price, I was very upset about it.
Now I start to be more patient and careful when selling, so I don't make the same mistakes again.

wow, that was a very expensive mistake. I only regretted investing in the EOS without understanding it and the blockchain technology. Although I have read many books on investing, I still can not do well at this time. I need some time to learn more about Blockchain and EOS in the future. I have invested and lost more than $ 3k in EOS.
