Looking for a possibly large loan to cover expansion

After spending a large amount of though, I've come to consider a large upgrade to my mining contracts so I can push another 20-40ghs out the door. Only thing is I would need some investors. This is in no way a formal proposal, but just a test of the waters to see what other options are open to my company. Pm with any info if you care.

For the moment, if anyone wants to invest while I crunch numbers on what is required for maximum profit here and address the current construction that is going on, I suggest you look at the SDM.LEVA shares on GLBSE. They pay dividend based on machinery yet to be assigned and pay very handsomely for 6mo dividends. near 40-65%@ 6mo, full return plus profit at 12mo through dividend payout. Check it out.

Loan should be around $1500usd of btc, be repaid in payments over 6-9 mo with interest rate set through negotiation.

Well the sum is not too large and will not be a big risk for us and if enough people are interested, we will certainly have economy of scale when doing bitcoin mining.  Quite an interesting proposal, I am sure interested.

Ok, so I officially am seeking this. I have found a brick and mortar location where I am currently taking in offers to share the space with other bitcoin related businesses (So far we have interest for an exchange desk and I also will be deploying my Bitcoin ATM too). Power is included in utilities and if it becomes an issue, we do have the remote location a few blocks away known as my house that will be having power provided at discount rate.
Like I said, roughly about 320 btc at current value is needed and would like to start repayment in 6mo. Willing to work out some interest on this to make it a worthwhile deal, but I would like to keep it friendly so that bitcoin can take off further. Feel free to comment in the thread or pm me.

Well the smart thing to do would be take it as a loan because all ties are cut at the end of the deal. However, due to the nature of the game, I would consider it for investment. If this were the case, the loan investment would be equal to that of the hardware, collected holdings, contract holdings and salary for myself and any other assets that SDM currently owns. An investment of 1500 wouldn't match up to that at all, but would still be a % take.
I will say thing. I am willing to look for an larger or group investment providing discussion voice to voice (phone) to get an understanding for what is going on here and to discuss details I wish to remain private.
I do want to move forward on this as quickly as possible. I could have made a killing if I started SDM months before and dont really want to do that again.
