Hi;

I sent 26 LTC to another site from Btc-e but the coins dont arrive.
I open a ticket on Btc-e and still waiting for response.
can anyone help me?

the key to getting anything from btc-e is to not let up. open a support ticket and let it stay open. Try to keep the ticket short and in russian since its their native language. Also make a post in their russian and english thread on btc-e. THeir support is terrible and it may take a week or two to get resolved but as long as your persistent it should happen Good luck

it is very very sad but now I send some BTCs and they are not arrive too.
What is the problem?

I open a ticket on support and they change the status to "In Progress".
it is good thing that show someone interest with problem.
I hope the same thing for the tiket of LTC.

This may be a stupid question, but did you confirm the withdrawal when they sent the withdraw email to your email address?

I have never had problems withdrawing funds from BTC-E.   To be honest though, every time I withdraw funds, I always withdraw the minimum amount first.  Yes, I know I get double the fees, but I want to make sure that the withdraw works smoothly before I pull out the rest that I am taking out...

I am triyng be patient but I loss money every day bucause of I make trade Smiley

I open 2 ticket, one for LTC, one for BTC (I have 2 lost Smiley)
The BTC side turn the status of ticket es "in progress", but there is no any action on LTC side.

how do they give back the coins?
do they balance on site or transwer the address?
