As a trader, I have a formula that pegs token prices to 0.15$ at ICO price for a total supply of 100 million for very good projects. Weis is currently priced for about 0.6$, and they are supposed to be worth a bit more. And considering the possibility of token burn and the fact that the token is utility in nature and that the company will be buying back some of its token over the period of 3 years. My guess, it should be a good investment.
But this is entirely my opinion, so make your research yourself and determine if the project is a good buy, then you can put your money where you love to see it.
