i want to see full ordre book of binance sc/btc
bcz there is some hidden ordres
is there any way or website can do that ?

You need to check Binance's API and the docu for you to access their order list. Though based on some comments I've read on the internet, their API is known for being tight and have some various issues.

I'm not very familiar in using API's (couldn't try it) so I suggest that you look into some freelance sites like xbtfreelancer, find a suitable person and get some quote.
That's way more effective than making topics here in Exchange board. (or move this to Services - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0)
