MyBitCoin has a new internal messaging system for support. You can log in to send a message to admin. This will work even when email is failing. If you don't have an account, you can easily make one. If you lost your password, there is nothing to stop you from opening another.
Apparently, there is no support presence on this forum, so let's be logical and not demand to get admin help here.

hippich, was your problem resolved? Intermediary, did you get an answer? Don't leave your complaints dangling in public.
As for closing a digital currency account, there is no purpose and no function to do so. Accounts of this type are simply abandoned. Spend it out and forget it.
Somebody put a lot of time and effort into the creation of MyBitCoin and is graciously allowing us it's use. To be less quick to condemn would go a long way to help the entire movement.
