CGMiner keeps disconnecting internet

Hi,

I really need help on this guys....
Whenever i run cgminer now it keeps disconnecting me from the internet. (Can't browse at all)
Also i get very high rejected shares?

what else do you want to know...
in the mean time iv'e discovered that it only does that while i'm using the wifi, if I plug the LAN cable in it doesn't do that, but it still reduces my internet speed....it only affects the machine thats mining, not the other pc's on the network.
And no, it's not a slow connection. its a 10Mb line, it all worked well up untill a few days ago.

Its the upload/download speed...
WIFI is 600MB...
