I get these often in any amount you need. Right now I have two $100 gift cards. Im selling them for $105 BTC each. Its a great way to turn coins in to ebay goodies. Codes will be emailed to you same day.

Lol, 105 BTC is a complete rip off. Did you mean 10.5 BTC? That would be a good deal.

You are a little too new. Care to share some reputation and successful trades? If you are anxious to get your hands on some BTC I would suggest buying some first and get to be known in the community before jumping straight to selling something the same day you register.

No problem with coming here to trade IMO - you are welcome in that regard. But you will find that people on this forum are very suspicious and skeptical. And with good reason because the world of bitcoin is full of scam artists. So you may find that you need to be social and build a rep here before anyone is willing to do business with you. It might be smart to start with gift cards at a smaller dollar amount so there is less risk and people are more willing to give it a shot.

+1 Good advice

And yes, there is no prohibition on newbies trading in newbie subforum. Just a little unwise though to expect to find willing traders who will exchange a non-reversible currency for a reversible product/currency without a reputation or history of successful trades.

But you are welcome to try.

Well said. I understand scams, Ive been burned more than a few times. It sucks but I dont let that stop me. Life goes on. You cant assume everybody is a bad guy. I am in no way trying to be rude, Im just being direct. Im not interested in getting my post count up. Im here to trade ebay gift cards for BTC. Im not sure what I can say to reassure you guys. The only way Im going to prove rep is if somebody buys from me and I deliver as promised.

I dont see why a newbie trying to trade is "unwise". When somebody brave buys from me and confirms Im legit Im all good. Just because your not willing to trust me doesnt mean everybody is going to think like that. Somebody may want to buy something on ebay with coins instead of real money. Maybe somebody wants to buy on ebay without giving paypal a bank account or credit card. Maybe people are sitting on their coins not sure what to do with them and decide fuck it Im gonna buy some stuff on ebay. Its not like you have many options when it comes to spending your coins. You cant turn BTC in to ebay stuff anywhere else. I think my services will be appreciated once I have some rep.

$100 is a bit much to risk on someone with no rep.

If I asked you to send me the card and said "I'm good for it, I'll send you the bitcoins as soon as I get the eBay card." would you believe me? Would you actually send me the eBay card?

Probably not.

Im not trying to down play the risk but $100 is not alot. If you dont wanna trust me thats fine, dont buy from me. But you guys dont need to question my integrity or put doubt in the minds of other members who might be interested. I did happen to see the sticky "trust no one". Why have a community if the advice going around is trust nobody? If nobody is going to trade due to fear and paranoia I dont see a very bright future for the community.

And you are right, I would not send the gift card first. Even if you have tons of rep. If you want something you have to pay for it first. Thats how it works in our society.

Also, I can sell smaller amounts until I build up some rep. I can break these down in to $25 or $50 gift cards and you can buy one at a time.

More information about the gift cards and gift certificates. They are basically the same thing. Only difference is the gift cards must be shipped, and the gift certificates are emailed to you instantly. The gift certificates is a great way to get money out of your paypal account quickly and without a bank account.
