As one of AdBit bigger publishers I just wanted to add my support for Carlos. AdBit is a great system and we need to get it back online asap.
I'm losing quite a bit of money with site being down at the moment - so if there's anything I can do to help get it back online then let me know.
That is the main priority for now.
Once that is done and everything gets back to normal then is the time to talk about improved backup plans, regular backup verification, redundancy, better hosting etc. I'm sure there are plenty of people on these forums that will be happy to help out with advice etc on those if you need it. As a few people have said AdBit is now big and important enough to quite a few people that these things need to be taken more seriously.
Do you have a way to contact him apart from in here?? You could PM me. I know I'm a little fish here, but it's raised some slightly concerning issues that I think bode worse for Bitcoin than for just Adbit. Community support is cool, but Bitcoin is huge now. Adbit needs some better support! |

No wonder adbit revenue has been in the toilet. There's no btc to spend! Time to develop an alternative platform, I guess.. because even bee-ads has terrible customer support. |

I sent him a PM a few weeks ago to request a new feature to be able to block certain categories of ads (e.g. porn, gambling etc). He replied to say that he was very busy doing some substantial new development for AdBit (which was already planned to include the feature I asked for). So he couldn't do anything regarding my issue as it would just cause more delays. However, yes I share everyone else's concern that the revenue is going down the pan, and advertisers will become disillusioned unless the deposit problems are sorted out. In my opinion, fixing this should take precedence over the other stuff he is working on - otherwise it will be a waste of time if he loses the trust and goodwill of publishers and advertisers. |

When I woke up this morning, my deposit was there, but the support ticket was unanswered. It's a shame really to neglect such platform, I like adbit.co a lot. |

And the Views figures are still missing for the last few days which is distorting the statistics for all the web sites.
Any chance you could get these fixed?
