I am very aware of this and doing everything possible to bring it back up.
Do you have any ETA for solving your problem?

Why not backup the db, delete the droplet and start another one from scratch?

Well this dosn't look good, I'm going to remove adbit from my sites for a while, until you get some sort of stability back.

Why not backup the db, delete the droplet and start another one from scratch? The problem is with the MySQL server, there's corrupted files everywhere. ..fantastic. I feel for you, really do. Godaddy recently pulled my account when the sites were gobbling up too much server memory (which, I disagree with after moving them to a different provider's VPS and observing the utilization - but whatever, screw you godaddy!), so I know what unexpected outages do for everyone and are stressful. Hopefully it all gets resolved soon.

What do you mean by 'start from fresh'? The domain and the server can simply be moved to another hosting provider that is better, and there won't be any problems. The problem is DigitalOcean, and not the code, so rewriting it is meaningless and timewasting.

Carlos, once you manage to get the server back and running, setup hourly backups and delete backups over 72 hours old.
That way you always have the recent db backups, and it wont take up too much space!

I meant, since the mysql is corrupted, why not just try and give people what was left in there balances then delete the old databases.

Because there are deposits and cashouts between the last backup and now. Excuse me if I'm being an idiot, but isn't that handled by the server and not mysql?

Seems to be very similar to CoinURL, can anyone confirm the amount of BTC to withdraw or how many bitcoins you earn every day with normal ads? Very interested in using AdBit on some webpages that I manage. Let's see if I'm going to change

Site is down until further notice, from homepage: 17 August 2014
There was a problem with the MySQL server, which I still don't understand how it happened, neither do the technical support at DigitalOcean. The (updated) database is corrupted, there is no way to reverse the damage.
Unfortunately, a recent backup of the database was not made prior to the incident, and since the website was quite active even a 2 day old backup is useless.
AdBit.co services are suspended until further notice.
Updates will be posted here.

Thank you for your understanding, Carlos L.

If you don't get any bids, you don't get paid. Adbit is also down, try looking at the website.

You said that you reverted to a backup. Said backup was obviously working slightly because the site was running, could you not just get the info from that?
