They took money from people all around the world and stopped paying interests and stopped communicating with people. Now they are trying to run another SCAM business - this ICO. They promise that people who were not payed by Kairos will obtain these tokens as a substitution. They officially started new "kabinet" but it is not possible to access it without giving them another copy of personal IDs ... They promised before, that transfer from old Kairos accounts will be done but it is not, they only want that people to upload another - fresh copies of national IDs. After entering the new user account there are no tokens from old cabinet although there was active package for the day of transfer. Be careful, there is a chance that these people just want to take money from people again! They were not punished before, and for sure they will not be too in ICO world.

so after registration in the new project people still have got nothing! Just ZERO balances in tokens. There is no way to speak with creators of this project, there is only 1-direction telegram channel where nobody can ask something. PlanetMobileICO told that they performed update of database because there were complains about ZERO balances - people got nothing as an compensation from old SCAM project Kairos Planet. But I can say only: sh*t! no update, still 0, just sweet words for taking money from new people. Just wonder that there is an information that over 1 milion tokens were sold.

And check Total progress of sold tokens. They probably wanted to sell more than this 0,4% of total tokens for the sale. Maybe that is the reason why they want tell people about ICO in cryptocommunity (according to last post from Tg group).

so new cabinet has been updated with data from old cabinet. It seems that users received points in the amount of their old packages and balance accounts. But no tokens until now. Will se if the points will be usable or changeable to something.
October 05, 2018:
looking to the stats of ICO progress only 3% of the final tokens amount were sold. I am very happy that people do not trust this project. Previous Kairos project which was led by the same people was unfair, did not comunicate with people, did not pay users in the way as it has to be so there is no chance to trust these people with a new logo and new website and big new announcement with new promises. This token is without any value, is not tradeable on any exchange.
and points in new cabinet are also not changeable to tokens. So users of Kairos Planet who were rewarded by these points according old cabinet balances have also 0 real value in new cabinets. They only can buy more points or tokens, but they are not allowed to change obtained points into something else (tokens or ETH/BTC).
