First of all we want to thank everyone who put their trust and hashing power into our pool at launch of PHI Coin.

We would like to take this opportunity to explain what happened yesterday at launch. We have been reading the all posts in this thread and we want to let you know we take all comments seriously and assure you that we are putting all possible effort into our pools, this one included.

We were the first working pool, and we are still the largest pool in the network, and everything was fine until a few minutes after launch when we, due to a corrupt block, encountered problems that led to a hang up in the updates of transactions and payouts.

We were working hard to solve this problem and unfortunately we were unable to access our account at Bitcointalk to inform you about the issue here (however, we were informing in the pool web interface all the time), but it did take some time to get everything back to normal due to the fact that it had to be done with the pool still alive and mining.

Our first block was 94 and we got pretty much every single block for some time causing our pool to grow quickly. We are still the largest pool for PHI coin.

The problem was solved at 22 GMT and after that all transactions and updates work without problem.

As we have read through this thread, we have seen a few of you saying that you are missing coins and although all automatic payouts are working, we want to investigate every single case were there are still questions.

Therefore, if any of you have had any problem that is not already solved, we urge you to contact us at the following official CryptoPool.eu e-mail address:

support@cryptopool.eu

If you contact us, please include:

* User name in the pool and the e-mail address you used to register at our pool
* An e-mail where we can get back to you
* A short description of the problem
* And if you want, your user name here in the forum so that we can make sure there are no problems left hanging in the forum that have not been addressed

We will look into every case and get back to you by e-mail.

Rest assured that not a single transaction or coin was lost during the problems. The mining was working fine, the database is intact and we will be able to sort out all remaining issues.

With this said, we want to welcome all of you to our pool:

well, I hope cryptopool.eu pays out the early coins too when the diff was low, because that are the most coins.

What are you missing? Which blocks?

I´m missing all payments before block 348. I can´t jump forwards or backwards at the Transaction History - the "<" and ">" isn´t working. I only got 0.56063064 coins un-/confirmed in total. I´m mining there with 2,4 GH/s since 35 min. after launch.

First I had bad luck with the multi-pool.eu - after 30 minutes they still weren´t accessible - and now I´m not very happy with crytopool.eu.

This wasn´t the best launch for myself.

I have no problem at all with http://phi.cryptopool.eu , i got all my payments after about 2 hours after launch.

I also mined all night with 0.9 mhs, I have 0.39 PHI. Something really fucked up at that pool.

Nothing is wrong, look at the block size 1.6 coins and how many blocks that have been coming to the pool and then check how many people you share the block with. It is normal.

but strong pool finding blocks more often. So is you have some hashrate, you just must receive +- what you deserve.

I mined ~ 6 hours with 12-14 MH/sec and overall I've got ~3.7 PHI. I think it's normal. After switching pool that pool hadn't so much luck finding blocks.
Btw I want 1 Phi from twitter too  Tongue

Yes that is true but if you look at the people who is mining:

anonymous    78,426 this person almost got 1/3 of all coins from the pool so only this person alone gets about 0.3-0.4 per block which means the rest of the 200+ ppl have to share 1.2-1.3 coins per block. As I said before, nothing is wrong with the pool.

Just to make it more clear to people since they still dont understand that you wont get alot of coins.

I have been mining fromstart until now with 6 MH/s and have got 5.66 coins. This is PERFECTLY normal due to the very low block rewards. You need to have a share in every block to get paid from every block, and since I have more MH/s than you, I get shares from all block mined by the pool and it is possible you are missing blocks (a new every 30 seconds) and thus your payouts will be lower.

* Dedicated servers at 10Gbit/s network
* DDoS protection
* Mail support
* Backups of all wallets and pools
* Professional team
* The natural choice for mining!
* We've been the first pool up and running at all launches we've participated in!
* There is mining fee of 1%! Yeah, it costs a lot to buy, host and manage servers, but there are never any transaction fees! If you think 1% is too much, please try some other pool and see what they can do for you!

Right now I have 4 MH/s, but had 6 MH/s and yes, I started when the pool came up!

You get very few coins, but that is the way it is with this coin!
